Diigo Web Collector is a Google Chrome extension that allows you to annotate, capture screen shots and other text items from the current page. It is also able to bookmark the pages that you want to read later and store them in your online account.
You can use this tool to attach a sticky note to the webpage and to highlight certain paragraphs in order to remember important items.
Note: In order to install the extension you need to drag and drop the downloaded file in the Extensions tab.
