Autocomplete Manager is a small extension for Mozilla Firefox that will provide advanced features for the address Autocomplete component and includes fixes for location bar bugs, as well as a rudimentary history manager.
Here are some key features of "Autocomplete Manager":
· searching bookmark addresses and matching against page titles and bookmark names
· attempting to exclude local pages and pages containing search results
· matching any part of the domain
· changing the sorting criterion
· specifying the position of bookmarks
· re-sorting the suggestion list on the fly
· temporarily disabling the popup ( You can also set an option to only show the popup on demand )
· opening a suggestion in a new tab
· exposing hidden options for the default component
· a rudimentary history manager
