Folloyu is a Firefox extension designed to make your life easier whenever you need to switch between devices.
After installation, place the Folloyu add-on button on your Firefox add-on bar, and when you need to change the device that you are currently browsing, just click on the Folloyu add-on button, scan the QR code with the other device, or send your self an email with the link to that page.
In this process, the data stored on your browser (i.e cookies and other personally identifiable information) is sent to Folloyu server and rerouted and restores on the next device you use, thus enables you to resume from exactly the same place you left of.
