MiniFirefox will hide menu bar, "Go" button, throbber and all the toolbars except the modified navigation bar, with only 3 buttons: back, forward and stop/refresh (which are marged).
You can bring the Menu Toolbar back by clicking in the arrow button in the top right corner of your Firefox window, an then you can reenable any toolbar or customize your Firefox (and, of course, disable MiniFirefox) as always.
Next version will feature a Bookmarks button and a History button. While waiting, use CTRL+B and CTRL+H.
