ClickBoard is a very useful extension that will help you keep multiple clipboard entries that can be managed with great ease.
You can manually add text from the extension's 'Preferences' or highlight in your bowser a text string and select from the right-click menu 'Add this text to clipboard'.
Note: In order to install the extension you need to drag and drop the downloaded file on the browser window.
