The drop-down list contains the latest 25 head-lines from all the subscribed RSS feeds.
To get a more detailed description of a news item rest the cursor over the Read button for a few seconds
To read the full article click the Read button. This navigates the Internet Explorer to the article on the news sites home page.
The feed manager dialog lets you add your own feeds, and select an update frequency
The toolbar works well with RSS feeds that are continuously updated and include publication date + time for each news item. Not all RSS feeds fall into this category, unfortunately.
