Main purpose for this program is to make maintaining of static entries easy as possible. Let's say you have a file somewhere in the web and you just would like to update some minor part of it.

That's when TBlogger helps you out. TBlogger is good for static blogs,diarys etc... Or you can just use it for making minor changes to your website.
