Okawix is an offline reader that allow you to download the content of Wikimedia projects, with or without pictures, in order to then access it offline.
This software's library features 253 languages of the various projects included in the Wikimedia Foundation (such as Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Wikisource, Wikibooks or Wikiquote).
You can choose to download the archive with or without the pictures (in order to keep as small as possible the time and the amount of local storage space necessary to the archive download).
