DynDNS Simply Client

DynDNS Simply Client is a simple and portable utility designed to help you keep your IP address up-to-date by the network IP to your host on a regular basis.

Since there is no setup pack involved, you can save the program files to any part of the hard drive or a removable storage unit, in order to directly run it on the PC. It does not modify Windows registry settings or create extra files on the disk without your permission, thus leaving no traces behind after removal.

The GUI consists of a classical window divided into three panels, where you can start the query synchronization process with the click of a button and examine the data, IP address and status.

DynDNS Simply Client lets you modify parameters when it comes to the IP address, DynDNS, pause and timeout, as well as whether a message balloon should be shown or not. Plus, you can edit account settings pertaining to the name, password and domain.

The app can be asked to automatically run at system startup until further notice. Plus, you can check the last IP address and establish a secure connection.

There were no kind of stability issues throughout our testing, since DynDNS Simply Client did not hang, crash or pop up error messages. It applies settings rapidly and runs on low CPU and RAM, so it shouldn't put a strain on computer performance.

On the other hand, DynDNS Simply Client comes loaded with a limited set of options and configuration settings. We must also take into account that it has not been updated for a while.
