This is a fully skinned version. Noia 2.0 (eXtreme) is a free Firefox theme that is based on the Noia 2.0 icon set by Carlitus.
My personal INSTALLATION:
Download noia.xpi , open firefox , click on "file" , then click on "open file" , select noia.xpi and click install.
