The Pictures toolbar is a useful, free and easy-to-use image downloader implemented as a toolbar in the Internet Explorer

The Pictures Toolbar is the Freeware version of the Download Toolbar.

The Pictures Toolbar is built on the same download engine as the Download Toolbar, but it has fewer configurations. For example, as the name suggests, it downloads pictures only.
