You have to install this application to your PC. Every LR's account will be attached to your PC's hardware ID. If you upgrade your PC hardware, you have to re-register your LR's account.
This type suits you who access your LR account from one personal computer only. Your registered LR's account can not be used on other PC. This feature is for your account saftety. So if your PC is stolen, as long as they don't have your Tickk password and Super PIN for your account, they can not access your LR's account using the program.
