Pop-Down is a small program created for Internet Explorer. While enabled, popup windows will never interfere with your web surfing again. Popups are killed before they are created, so you will never see them, nor download any of their content.

Pop-Down will notify you each time it kills a popup, so if it kills one you wanted, simply depress the Ctrl key while the popup is being created, and it will not be killed.
