Centralized administration for Windows domains
Ideal Administration will simplify the administration of Windows networks by integrating all functionalities needed to manage user accounts, servers and domains.
The product allows remote control of your Windows systems, including user password migration between NT/2000 domains, TSE & Exchange (5.5 & 2000) management, Active Directory management (OU, Windows 2000 groups, Windows 2000 user properties)and management of trusted relationships.
It also allows to create or modify NT services/devices on several computers at once as well as transfer between servers, computers, groups, users, shares and printers.
Additional features include database recording of user properties, groups and shared folders, daily recording of sessions and opened files, command line operation and more.
Ideal Administration looks very similar to the Windows 2000 "Manage Computer" MSC and provides access to almost all administrative functions for the entire domain from a single, easy to use interface. Here are some key features of "IDEAL Administration 2012":
Centralized administration of NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008 domains:
· IDEAL Administration simplifies administration of Windows NT/XP/2000/2003/2008 networks by providing a single tool that incorporates all the necessary features for user, server, and domain management. Administration can be performed across a local network as well as over a WAN, VPN, or the Internet.

· Quick, secure remote intervention on servers and workstations
· Under Windows 9x/Me/NT/XP/Vista/2000/2003/7 or even Linux. Installation and configuration are performed automatically for all NT/XP/Vista/2000/2003/7 machines.
Server monitoring and reporting:
· Monitoring of servers through daily logging of sessions and files open on the network - Reporting on servers by automatically recording information relating to various objects in a database: users, groups, shared directories, disk space, network configurations (cards, IP address, etc.), installed software, etc.
Automatic transfer of objects between servers:
· IDEAL Administration enables a set of objects to be transferred between NT, 2000, and/or 2003,2008 servers. These objects can be user accounts along with their passwords, user groups, shared directories, etc. All these transfers are performed simply and securely.
Management of Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003 mailboxes:
· Creation, deletion, and modification of mailboxes. We also provide a runtime which will install all the required components for administering Exchange 2000 from a remote machine.
Packaging, documentation, and software versions:
· Avalaible in five different languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The software documentation is supplied in two different formats: 1- A full set of HTML files (Microsoft HTML Help format), 2- A Microsoft Word file for you to print out.

Application Center:
· The new "Application Center" feature allows by right clicking one or several computers to list installed software, hotfixes, and licenses.

· This information can be exported to a CSV file.
Database Logging:
· Recording of logs in database when an event triggers: Launch/Shutdown of the program, TightVNC Remote control, Remote desktop (TSE), Recording of the activation key.
