MESH

MESH is an application developed for network administrators, which allows them to scan for LAN computers, view network traffic, and send Wake-on-LAN signals, among others.

The user-friendly interface consists of a common window with a well-defined layout, where you can scan an IP range and add new addresses to the list.

You can view information regarding OS and hardware, installed software, services status, and running processes, as well as create a report and export it to XML or HTML format for further scrutiny.

You can view a graphical representation of the CPU load and temperature, free memory and hard disk size on a remote machine, start or stop services, uninstall software, terminate processes, check disks for errors, as well as change network connection settings. Plus, you can get antivirus and firewall protection for the selected computers, as well as monitor IP addresses for Ping responsiveness, HTTP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, and MS SQL.

The tool does not put a strain on system resources, as it uses low CPU and RAM. However, it takes a while to carry out a task, especially when it comes to scanning. Several errors popped up out of the blue during our tests. Unfortunately, MESH has not been updated for a long time, and it is not compatible with newer operating systems.
