Most computers in an office environment are connected to a secure network. This type of computer management has its advantages. For instance, some PCs can be controlled from a distance with full management options. In this regard, Remote Utilities Host comes packed with a set of tools which makes controlling a computer remotely a walk in the park.

Note that this is a complete bundle for remote management of computers, and this package comes with the Remote Utilities Server and Remote Utilities - Viewer tools. The latter item needs to be installed on the host computer, while the other is deployed on the target PCs. On the bright side of things, the server components can also be deployed remotely from the viewer.

Needless to say that the remote PC needs to be active and connected to the same network. Adding up a new computer to your list is an easy task. All you need to do is provide a name for easy recognition, as well as the representative IP address, Internet-ID, or DNS name. Choosing to connect now allows you to choose the type of operation.

There are several types of actions to perform on a remote PC. As such, you can switch to a view only mode, transfer files, access power options, run the Task Manager, bring up a console window, execute a program, run inventory management, RDP, chat, record screen, send messages, control the webcam, configure registry entries, initiate voice and video calls, or take full control.

You can stay connected to multiple computers at a time, with connections displayed in an intuitive navigation panel. What’s more, the Ribbon interface is sure to get you up and running in the nick of time.

Bottom line is that Remote Utilities Host comes with a powerful set of features which enables seamless connection to one or more remote PCs to be controlled in a variety of modes. It’s easy to set up on both the host and target, while the modern yet familiar interface makes accommodation a walk in the park.
