e-magebank personal is an image database application that allows intuitive image documentation and indexing for fast search.

This new professional database/image software has been designed jointly by a team of developers and photographers. From the outset, we aimed at releasing a tool which would be intuitive, efficient and long-lasting for those who handle images on a daily basis.

e-magebank is designed to meet the needs of documenting and archiving digitised photographs, editing as well as consulting data with images in a simple and user-friendly way.

It is perfectly adapted to the requirements of the professional photographer, but also of resource centres, photo and media libraries, local councils and institutions. Updates will be developed regularly, as experience and feedback from users leads to improvements to the application.

Here are some key features of "emagebank personal":

· New graphic engine (GraphicsMagick) for a better support of image formats and better performances.
· Auto-completion of text fields.
· Spell checker.
· New system field ID. This field is a unique identificator for each record in a database.
· It is now possible to remove records form the database directly from a basket with the help of the contextual menu.
· Added images through the Wizard are automatically placed in a new basket.
· The new function Pack Database physically removes all previously deleted records from the database.
