SMTP Mail Sender

SMTP Mail Sender is a lightweight and portable piece of software that gives you the possibility of sending emails through an SMTP server, as the name suggests. It can be easily configured.

Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can place the program files in any directory on the hard drive and run the executable file directly.

Alternatively, you can move SMTP Mail Sender to a USB flash drive or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any computer with an active Internet connection.

What's an important aspect is that the Windows Registry section does not get entry updates, and files do not remain on the hard drive after removing the application.

The interface of the program is pretty user-friendly. At initialization you can configure settings when it comes to the server, port number, authentication details, composition font, language and logging.

Sending an email through SMTP Mail Sender is particularly simple, as the method is common to the one of a standard email client, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. Thus, you can specify the sender and receiver, along with subject and attachments. The message content can be written manually or imported from a plain text document.

SMTP Mail Sender uses a very low amount of CPU and system memory, hence it doesn't put a strain on the computer's overall performance. Its response time is very good, and we haven't encountered any problems in our tests, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.
