· BugFix: The SMTP reply text of "refuse mail" action for Exchange Server 2007 was not editable
· BugFix: On some systems unicode characters in rules may have been lost when saving the rules
· Using system codepage again for processing mails
· Wrong encoded mails are often correctly displayed by Outlook although they are wrong encoded because the system codepage is used for decoding. Now the Exchange Server Toolbox uses also the system codepage again instead of the new UTF8 standard
