This package contains the same HPC Pack 2008 R2 Client Utilities installer that accompanies the HPC Pack 2008 R2 Service Pack 2 release. Now you will be able to develop applications that interact with an HPC Pack 2008 R2-based cluster without requiring your users to already have the HPC Pack client utilities installed on their machine.
You can also these packages to quickly deploy the Client Utilities to workstations at your organization through your standard application deployment process. You may redistribute this Client Utilities installation package with your own applications.
Instructions:
To install on a workstation:
- Run either the HpcClient_x64.msi or HpcClient_x86.msi as appropriate to your hardware platform.
For redistribution:
- You must include the entire installer on your installation media. Your setup program can run the MSI to get Client Utilities installed, but you may not bundle any of the individual files in your own installer.
