SysPatrol Server is a handy and reliable application designed to provide users with possibilities to monitor server files and detect unauthorized actions.
SysPatrol Server is able monitor one or multiple servers at once; it can keep an eye on almost everything, including system files and services, kernel drivers, registry or installed applications.
Detected unauthorized changes are gathered in reports and email to you immediately.
