SysTools SharePoint Organiser is a useful migration tool for SharePoint. You can use it to transfer SharePoint to SharePoint or migrate SharePoint to Office 365, from multiple user accounts.
The application can migrate the document library, files, folders and lists, as well as permissions regarding files and folder. It supports multiple user mapping. The 'Copy and paste' option can help you copy source data and paste it into the destination path.

Limitations:
· Migrates only 50 items per document library
