VisualResponse is designed as a web server URL response time monitor that provides real-time and historical information.

isualResponse is able to measure the exact web page response time to any end-user or customer anywhere in the world without the need to deploy any remote agents. The response time is recorded by transaction and by location (i.e. country).

VisualResponse allows alarms to be defined for response times that exceed an acceptable threshold. Such alarms can trigger emails or cause a trace route to be performed to isolate the cause of the problem.

For the most part, the user interface to VisualResponse is a Java-enabled web browser, although a modest GUI component is included with the server itself.
