Moreover, the said address is used to extract the SIP domain and, in case it stumbles across a conflict that cannot be resolved, then it uses it as the SIP domain as well. Nevertheless, you can modify the values of the services by filling in the necessary data in the Settings tab.
The highlight of the program stems from the fact that it allows you to come up with scenarios that you commonly come across when answering calls. You will be happy to learn that the editor already includes common actions, such as Play, Evaluate, Wait, Execute, Transfer, Record, Synthesize or Recognize, for instance, that you can arrange in any desired order.
The idea behind the tool is to create an automated script that includes audio and actions to be taken in different circumstances. Consequentially, when a caller dials an extension, the app checks the status of the Lync client and, depending on what the scenario dictates, it either forwards the call or asks to dial another extension.
