CoffeeCup Flash Firestarter is a simple-to-use program that provides you with all the right tools for creating Flash presentations for websites. It addresses all users with no prior experience in web design.
At startup you can establish the movie size, looping mode, background and text color, background image and image opacity.
So, you can add text (e.g. set the font, size, effect, opacity) and images (e.g. set the transparency, size, JPEG quality), together with sound files (MP3 format), links and shapes.
In addition, you can configure grid options (size, show grid, snap to grid), convert GIF animations to Flash video files (SWF format), change the UI language, as well as view the HTML code of your project (you can copy it to the Clipboard, in order to insert it into your websites.
From the Preferences panel you can hide the opacity and confirmation for deletion windows along with the “Magic” window, as well as make the app automatically fill with blank space. A timeline is displayed on the bottom part of the screen, so you can easily make adjustments to the SWF movie.
CoffeeCup Flash Firestarter's CPU and system memory consumption is barely noticeable, so it doesn't affect the computer's overall performance. We have not experienced any issues during our tests, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Thanks to its intuitive layout and options, beginners can rapidly get familiarized with CoffeeCup Flash Firestarter.
