The interface of Gif to Flv Converter 3000 is clean and pretty intuitive. GIFs can be added to the file queue by using either the file browser, treeview or "drag and drop" method. Processing multiple files at once is allowed.

In the file list you can check out the name, source path, size, type and modification date of each file. Once you establish the output destination, you can start the file conversion process.

However, you can also enable the tool to merge all converted images into a single FLV file, adjust the zooming level and image quality, set the animation play speed, remove an item from the list or clear the entire queue, move animations up and down in the list, and more.

This video processing application requires a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time and finishes a task quickly. However, it didn't manage to convert any GIFs during our tests on both Windows 7 and Windows XP.

The program froze during a task (an error popped up) and we were forced to restart it. Gif to Flv Converter 3000 hasn't received updates for several years; this might be among the reasons that hindered our testing, so you might experience this type of problems as well. There is no help file available.
