Save Flash Player is a lightweight application able to play Flash videos as well as download them from webpages and temporary Internet folders.

The user interface is based on a minimalist window that allows users to capture Flash videos or open SWF files or a favorite folder. The items can be added to the list by using the “drag and drop” support or browse button.

Save Flash Player automatically scans the selected folder for SWF files and displays them in the primary panel. The application comes packed with some basic features when it comes to playing videos, as you can stop, play or pause the current selection, go to the previous or next one, and adjust the volume. Picking a background color for the Flash video is particularly simple.

You can delete, rename or move the files to a different location, as well as view general information about them, namely size, total number of frames and duration.

The program is integrated into Internet Explorer for helping users grab the clips from the Internet, but you can also insert a valid URL in the dedicated dialog.

Another important feature worth mentioning enables you to perform automatic searches in the temporary Internet folder. You may preview, delete, move or copy the files to the specified saving directory.

It is possible to switch to full screen mode, take screenshots which can be exported to JPG or BMP, and set the captured image as wallpaper. Save Flash Player also allows users to create screensavers, EXE or HTML files.

All things considered, Save Flash Player is a handy application that helps you view and download SWF files in a clean working environment.
