Requirements:
· A web server or a web hosting account that allows CGI scripts.
· Perl 5.003 or greater installed on server.
· An adminstrator who can install CGI scripts on the server.
· An adminstrator who can manually edit HTML files (for templates).
· Web Tool has been successfully installed on linux, Win32, BSD, MacOS X and solaris server platforms.
Limitations:
· There is no integrated user management.
· The template is fixed to have a single textbox area for user input.
· The system does not support image file uploading.
