Cool Flash Maker is a software that lets you create Flash animations in a simple manner.
The user interface of the program is plain and easy to navigate through. You can use the samples provided by Cool Flash Maker, which revolve around navigation, banners, intros, menus and buttons, slideshows, text effects, and others.
Results can be previewed in HTML and Flash mode, or in Flash Editor. The "Sample Panel" size can be switched from medium to maximized.
So, you can set the output name and folder (in the SWF format) and start a new project by configuring the width and height, speed, webpage title, background color, sounds, and more.
From the left side of the screen you can insert buttons, as well as a 3D carousel, image, icon, text, or multilevel menu. But you can also import animated, dynamic or static text, as well as a standard slideshow, 3D slideshow, movie clip or static image.
Evidently, all settings for the aforementioned Flash effects are fully customizable. In addition, you can use the "Undo", "Delete" and "Edit" buttons, as well as import your own SWF files and save a project for further editing.
The software uses a moderate-to-high amount of system resources. On the other hand, it doesn't contain a program documentation and this can be very confusing for first-time users.
Furthermore, Cool Flash Maker is not a professional tool. So, if you are looking to create serious Flash animations, then you should try a different software. Otherwise, you can have fun with this tool.
