PopUpsWF is a non standard popup window, you can have only one at a time, you have to define a URL to load, width and height of iframe, and a window title.

You can move a popup window and you can close it. If the user has JavaScript enabled in his browser a non standard popup is shown, if not a new, standard window opens.
