URL2HTML description
A small utililty that allows you to create link lists from the URL addresses stored in a local folderURL2HTML is a WIN32 console (a.k.a. 'command line') application that creates a set of 'link lists' in HTML code.
URL2HTML gets the links from parsing all the Internet Explorer style '.URL' files contained in a directory and all its subdirectories.
Each list covers a separate directory and is headed by the directory name. The code is output to the screen but can easily be 'piped' into a file.
With URL2HTML you'll be able to make link lists in a flash.
