David's WebCam is a very simple CGI application, that will allow you to incorporate still pictures from a Connectix Color Quick Cam (or similar camera configured under Video for Windows) as a live picture feed into your Web pages.
Extract WebFrameCapture.exe from the zip file to an executable directory on
your Web server, and create an image link pointing to it. You need no other
files from the .ZIP, they are provided for your interest.
Allows choice of picture size and optional date & time stamp.
Requirements:
· Web Camera Device connected to your PC
