Intrance Motion Detector is a useful surveillance program that can detect motion, using your Web cam, video camera, TV card or DV card.
It features an action list and can trigger simultaneous actions depending on the motion value detected.

You can capture photos on small motion values and initiate phone calls for large motion values.
Photos are captured to BMP or JPG format. Ability to create sequences for video-like results.

Record and play WAV audio files from the mic, or create audible alarms.
You can also launch applications and URLs.

The voice dictation feature announces motion detections with real voice through your speakers, and
you can set the software to scan specific areas and ignore others.
There is also a built-in scheduler.
