MP3 WMA Cutter is an application which you can use to cut and convert audio tracks with the MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG formats. It can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.

The interface of the program is plain and simple to work with. Audio tracks can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is possible.

In the list you can check out the name, duration, start and end position, length and status of each audio file. Once you specify the output destination and extension, you can proceed with the encoding process.

You can modify audio parameters when it comes to the sample frequency rate, channel, bit rate, quality, coding method, high pass filter, bits per sample, and others. Settings can be restored to their default values.

You can apply a fade in and out effect, trim songs by marking their start and end position or into equal-sized parts, edit metadata (e.g. title, artist, year), move items up and down in the list, remove a file from the queue, and more.

The audio processing software runs on a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, includes a well-drawn help file for novices, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a good sound quality after conversion.
