OJOsoft MP3 Converter

OJOsoft MP3 Converter is an application that you can use to encode various media files (e.g. MP3, WAV, 3GP, AVI, FLV, ASF) to MP3, 3GP, WMA, M4A, MP2, OGG and other formats.

The interface of the program is plain and easy to navigate through. Media files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.

After you specify the output directory, profile and filename, you can proceed with the conversion process.

You can modify audio preferences when it comes to the bit rate, sample frequency rate, channels, volume, frames per second, and others.

Settings can be restored to their default values at any time. You can remove items from the list and view file properties.

The audio conversion program requires a moderate amount of system resources, can guide you to an online help file with snapshots for beginners and quickly finishes a task without freezing or crashing. The image and sound quality of the media files is preserved at a good level.

On the other hand, OJOsoft MP3 Converter failed a couple of conversions during our tests (although we were not alerted of any errors), such as MP3 to 3GP or WAV to MP4. Plus, you cannot change program settings (e.g. enable to exit after conversion). We recommend OJOsoft MP3 Converter with reservations.
