This kind of application is required when you want to store multiple MP3 files on a portable device (e.g. MP3 player), but don't have enough space at your disposal.
The interface of the software is plain and simple. You can import media by using the file browser or the "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is supported as well.
In the queue you can view the source and output path and size, as well as ratio for each file.
So, you can select your preferred bit rate from a dropdown menu, set the output destination and press the "Resize" button.
During this process, you can view a progress bar for all files and the current one, as well as elapsed and remaining time.
In addition, you can preview the source and output file, change the interface language and configure program settings (e.g. include subdirectories, remove source files from the file list after conversion, set the preview length, change colors for the old and new size meter).
The application quickly finishes a task while using a low-to-moderate amount of system resources. Also, you can check out a well-written help file. The sound quality of the output MP3s is very good, considering the fact that they are significantly smaller.
All in all, MP3Resizer is an excellent tool for reducing the size of your MP3 files and we highly recommend it to all users.
