MP3 Remix is a tool that integrates itself into Windows Media Player, allowing you to add new beats to audio tracks.
If you've got tired of listening to the same old song over and over again, maybe it has crossed your mind that a little tweaking couldn't hurt.
MP3 Remix comes with several loops that, once enabled, you can clearly observe the changes in a particular song. The user interface is simple to follow, so novices wouldn't have any problems learning the software.
Four buttons let you load the contents of each library which is represented by a specific music style - "Funky", "Dance", "R and B" and "Hip Hop". So, you can insert "Rain Shake", "Under Water", "Scream Oww", "Boom", "Bass Drum", "Bell", "Tambourine", "Explosion", and many others.
Furthermore, you can adjust the mix level and modify settings for each loop - volume, number of sounds, beat detection (trigger), playback (sound sequence, fade out, sound completion), rhythm (note duration, notes per measure, measures per loop), and more.
The program uses a low amount of system resources and comes with a step-by-step guide with snapshots. Unfortunately, the demo version is limited (see the Product Description below), but MP3 Remix also pops up some random errors while you are toggling loops.
Also, it can take a while to apply changes to the song when you enable these loops. Nevertheless, the program didn't freeze or crash during our tests. All in all, if you have just begun to learn about music remixing, then MP3 Remix can be helpful.
