Waveblaster Manipulator was designed to be a preset editor/librarian for the Waveblaster I, a daughterboard for the Sound Blaster 16 / AWE32 series. This daughterboard contains a full-featured synthesizer based on the E-mu Proteus line.
While a bit outdated (the original Creative Labs WaveBlaster is no longer available), this was my first MIDI Program for Windows 3.1, and I'm still proud of it; it has evolved into quite a useful program, even if you don't have a Waveblaster daughterboard attached to your SoundBlaster.
