BigLicks Karaoke is a powerful and reliable application designed to meet the needs for a full featured, yet easy-to use-karaoke player. From the moment you first run BigLicks you will see that is is very clearly laid out, with large well labelled buttons and large fonts.
When BigLicks starts, it automatically will play background music, the music files can be in any folder on your PC, and you can change the folder that BigLicks uses for the back ground music, this means you could have a folder containing for example Country and Western music or 50's music, so that the back ground music can be in keeping with a themed karaoke night
As an alternative to background music Biglicks can play back ground video's, the same applies to video's as it does to music, you choose the folder to use. If you choose to play the background music or video's they will be played at random from the chosen folders and will automatically stop when you play a karaoke file, when the karaoke file finishes, Biglicks will resume playing the selected background media.
BigLicks can be used on a laptop or a desktop PC running XP, Vista or Windows 7 with only one screen, but is ideally suited to connecting a second or external large screen monitor ( or LCD TV ), as this allows the PC to display the control panel and the large screen to display the karaoke lyrics and the background video's in full screen. Simply connect the audio out of the PC to a sound system or PA system and plug in a microphone.
