CometPlayer 1.1

CometPlayer is a simplistic program which enables you to play audio tracks in a user-friendly environment.

The interface of the application is clean and intuitive. Audio tracks can be loaded via the file browser or "drag and drop" method.

So, you can use basic audio player functions, such as pause and stop, adjust the volume and navigate back and forth within the track.

In addition, you can create playlists, add cover art, view lyrics, modify an equalizer (settings can be restored to their default values), as well as view file information (e.g. codec, file size, length, channels) and edit metadata (e.g. title, artist, album, genre, comment).

Furthermore, you can use a search function, enable looping or shuffling mode, change the interface skin and language, hide panels, enable CometPlayer to stay on top of other applications and to automatically check for updates online, make file associations, reconfigure keyboard shortcuts, and more.

The audio player runs on a moderate amount of system resources and has an excellent response time. No errors have popped up during our tests. Unfortunately, there is no help file available. All in all, CometPlayer comes with the necessary and suffice elements for playing audio files and we strongly recommend it to all users who are looking for a straightforward tool.
