Media Player description A software solution that can be used to play different media types on the Windows platform
Media Player will use the Windows MCI interface this way allowing you to play a various range of formats.
This means, however, that Media Player does require drivers to play these files (you probably have these installed already. If not, they come with MS Media Player.)
