    Reads in a cycle's-worth of the input signal, then outputs it again, on top of the current output

    Cycle Shifter is a handy plugin that superimposes the output signal from an input source over the current output. the Works best with long/sustained sounds (e.g. strings, pads etc.), sounds like a weird kind of gentle distortion.
