The DH_SoftDist SynthEdit module was developed to apply waveshaping distortion to the input signal.
Inputs:
Signal In - Audio signal to be processed.
Shape - Adjusts the degree of shaping. Gain is negative for lower values, and becomes positive as more shaping is applied.
Limit - Controls the maximum amplitude of the output.
Outputs:
Signal Out - The distorted signal.
