Fanfare! 1.0

The Fanfare application was developed to be a comprehensive music theory program designed to help a musician master aural perception, rhythm, and theory skills through a progression of a number of topics designed to help with all of the hard to learn areas of music theory. Topics covered in Fanfare! include: tuning, clefs, key signatures, rhythms, notes, scales, intervals, triads, seventh chords, chord doubling and cadences. 

Some of the powerful learning features in Fanfare! include: random generation so that drills do not repeat after frequent use, integrated topics that include theory and aural perception in a single drill session, extensive customization options, score windows, piano keyboard, help window tutorials which include theory instruction for each topic all in a familiar Windows-based environment.

One of the most exciting features of Fanfare! is the integration of theory and aural perception into unified topics combined with extensive customization options. By integrating theory and aural perception, Fanfare! allows the user to quickly switch between notating, listening, identifying, and playing notes, triads, chords, candencial chord progressions, and rhythms. Each topic also includes option windows which give the user virtually total control over their practice session.
