The FastTab application was designed to be a small program that help you to create your tabs for bass or guitar. But it has been realize more especially for bass (as I'm myself a bass player, quite poor player but nobody' perfect).
The whole program is based upon Drag&Drop stuff. Just drag and drop the notes duration on the neck and you're done.

Here are some key features of "FastTab":
· Fully drag&drop application.
· Possibility of having 4, 5, or 6 strings
· support Slide, Slap, Pop, Hammer On, Pull off, Triplets and chords.
· Support detunning
Limitations:
· You cannot have chords (I know that sux, but you can modify the tab in real time so...)
· The only values for detunning are E, A, D, G, B, C no flats yet.
· You cannot cook with it.
· You cannot chat on the internet
· You cannot kill you boss with it
