Guitar Tuner was developed to be an easy-to-use, simple and compact guitar tuner app. It uses the Windows MIDI system to sound tuning notes. It only supports EADGBE tuning.

This application uses the Windows MIDI mapper and the general MIDI 'steel string guitar' patch to sound notes. If you don't hear any sound, check the MIDI settings on your system.
