The main function of Karaoke Toolbox is to scan your predefined MP3+G, DVD, MP3 and karaoke ZIP folders, storing what it finds in the database provided. Files can then be managed and manipulated in a variety of ways. Simply name each file with the predefined naming convention and Karaoke Toolbox will do the rest.

Reports & analysis:
· Generate a range of reports, including song lists, song books, DVD covers and average performance ratings. Export song list data to various formats. Mobile Phone Format means you'll always have your list of songs at hand.
Export song list data to TriceraSoft JustKaraoke:
· Overcome the cumbersome task of managing each file's metadata properties by exporting your song list data directly to the JustKaraoke® database.
Synchronise video with original artist tracks:
· Learn how to synchronise CDG graphics with original artist tracks to enable karaoke-style playing of original song versions. An effective tool for rehearsing your favourite songs.
External video and audio tools provided:
· Extract, edit and manipulate video and audio files, and convert MP3+G files to DVD format with the tools provided (additional licence fees may apply). As an alternative, you can customise the application to make use of your own video and audio software.
Database:
· Karaoke Toolbox connects to an unencrypted MS-Access database, enabling expert users to build upon existing functionality by connecting directly to their data.
