If you have two PC's with iTunes libraries on each of them, then you can use syncOtunes to synchronize the libraries on your computers.
All you have to do is select the iTunes library file from your first PC then open the iTunes library of your second computer through a network share. syncOtunes will then compare the songlistes and create a folder for each of your PC's, containing the missing song files.
You can then import that folder into iTunes. syncOtunes will automatically remove the files you don't need anymore.
