Photo Builder Platinum is a program that you can use to edit image files in a user-friendly environment.
The tool has an easy-to-follow interface. You can use a sample or create a project from scratch.
So, you can load a picture by using the file browser (the "drag and drop" method is not supported).
Plus, you can select a background, mask (art, ellipse, rectangle, symbol), frame (art, cartoon, festival, flower, other), cookies (e.g. animal, cartoon, festival, flower, hairstyle), as well as add text.
In addition, you can apply an image effect to objects, such as color balance, fuzzy, rippling, spiral, pencil, 3D rotation, image roll, along with mosaic, glass, wind, solarize, implode and shake effect.
Furthermore, you can edit a picture by using some basic tools (e.g. select mode and shape, crop, blur), set the transparency level, zoom in and out, duplicate items, move layers, rotate, flip or mirror the image and draw with pens, use the "undo" and "redo" functions, and more.
In the "Setting" menu, you can specify the default album path when it comes to the background, cookie, frame and mask, as well as set the background picture for PhotoBuilder.
Users can take a look at a well-written help file with snapshots. The program takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources and didn't pop up any errors during our tests. However, the "undo" function can take you only one step back.
Also, saving is disabled in demo mode. We mainly recommend Photo Builder Platinum to beginners, since the graphic editing tools are not professional.
