Charny Screenshot Tool

Charny Screenshot Tool is an application that you can use to take snapshots and save the images to file. It offers support for PNG, BMP, JPEG, GIF and TIFF.

It's wrapped in a single .exe file that can be saved in any part of the hard disk and simply double-clicked to launch the tool. Otherwise, you can keep it stored on a USB flash drive to directly run it on any PC.

Just keep in mind that you must have .NET Framework installed, since it was developed with the help of this platform. On the other hand, it doesn't modify Windows registry settings, nor create extra files on the HDD without your permission.

The main configuration panel has a straightforward look and no particularly appealing graphical elements, where you can select the type of screenshot to grab between full screen, active widnow or specified region.
